``Senninburo'' where you can soak in hot springs in a romantic marble bathhouse

Inside Katakurakan, there is a large public bath called ``Senninburo,'' which was built in the early Taisho period. It was once used by female paper mill workers, and the marble bathhouse is said to be able to accommodate 100 people at a time, and is spacious at 4m x 7.5m, resembling a swimming pool. It is 1.1m deep and covered with gravel, providing a pleasant stimulation to the soles of your feet. Soak in the natural hot spring while admiring the surrounding stained glass and sculptures to soothe the fatigue of your travels.
